Atypical character in the panorama of the contemporary art, or better of the organization in the marketing of the contemporary art: it has been producing without solution of continuity for about 35 years, but it exposes very little. In fact are rare his public apparitions: as if his vision of the “to do” is very similar to that of the painter of the paleolitic that achieved his graffiti in the darkest part in its cavern not for an aesthetical goal, but to satisfy an internal psychical need to calm his fears and his anguishes.

". D’Orta has an idea of the artistic material as something that is losing or on the contrary is repurchasing its potentialities, but that it is forced to stop in a waiting zone.
For this reason he’s seemed to who writes an artist that has a conception of the world and of himself worth of interest, because disposed to formulate images endowed with a kind of intense necessities, that ‘s not properly ideological and even exclusively "aesthetics" but it springs from a real representation of states of mind and from the perception, that can be expressed only through the art.
